Welcome to our website at United Lutheran Church.  United Lutheran was organized in 1975 and serves the Northwest Arkansas region.  Many of our members come from surrounding states and moved to the area to enjoy the beautiful scenery and the lifestyle Northwest Arkansas offers. 

          While our congregation comes from many life experiences we are united in faith in our Lord Jesus Christ.  Jesus Christ's ministry, His death and resurrection, and His presence in our midst form the framework for our ministry. 

          We are also united in ministry.  As Christ has redeemed us, so also the Spirit empowers us for ministry to support one another in our walk of faith, and serve the needs of those in our community.  I'm amazed and humbled by the level of service that I find throughout the congregation, and our union with the work of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America provides an avenue for ministry that reaches out to the outer most parts of the world.

          It is a privilege and honor to serve the congregation as Pastor.  I was ordained to ministry in 1975 and have served a congregation in Kansas and a congregation in Texas before coming here at the end of October, 2010.  My wife, Barb, has been my companion in life and partner in ministry since our wedding day in 1971. She is a retired school teacher and a tour host for international travel.  We have one son who lives outside Dallas, Texas.
